THE APOLLO VISION IS TO CREATE A CENTRE FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING INNOVATION IN HEALTH CARE. APOLLO IS COMMITTED TO SERVING THE COMMUNITY. STRATEGICALLY LOCATED IN ALBANY, THIS DYNAMIC NEW COMPLEX HAS A 125 PERSON CAPACITY CONFERENCE CENTRE FOR HIRE.

To make your conference convenient and enjoyable attendees will be able to work in a large, modern light lecture room. They can take time out in the Zen interior courtyard, use the alfresco café, children’s créche and the 212 free parking spaces.

AV EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
We can provide you with a white board, data projector, overhead projector, a screen, lapel microphones and speakers. There is also the potential for sourcing in-house speakers for events.

Our business services include photocopying and faxes are available upon request. Ample free parking is available for conference attendees at the southern end of the building, off the Apollo Drive entrance.

CAFÉ / CATERING
Conferences @ Apollo is proud to serve the finest fresh foods and beverages provided by our very own Gusto Café. A brochure with a complete selection of our standard conferences menus and prices is available upon request. Customised menus are also available.

FROM SMALL GROUPS TO LARGE
As well as accommodating 125 people, the conference centre offer boardroom areas for 20 - 25 people. This is ideal for corporate companies who have sales and marketing confrences regularly.

For team building sessions Snowplanet, the luge, mini golf and Long Bay are all within 10 minutes of the Apollo Centre. The Centre is also very close to the Northern motorway and numerous hotels.

BOOKINGS / CANCELLATIONS
Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit of $50.00. This deposit must be received within ten days from the date of booking, or we will be required to release your booking.

In the event of cancellation less than seven days prior to the function, all known function charges will be invoiced to your company. Final numbers must be advised at least two working days prior to the function commencing, as this will be the minimum number of persons charged for catering purposes.
